    Monday is your day! Just remember you are on the journey of a lifetime. Try to enjoy every minute. It may sound weird now, but know that you are cared for and prayed for here, and all too soon this will be but a memory and you will be an inspiration to someone else. 6 month diet

March 31st

I am now working my way through the 6 month diet my insurance is requiring that I do. I am about 3 months into it. I have all the other required stuff like the evaluations, sleep tests, physicals, etc. My insurance told me I didnt have enough Dr. documented diet history....so here I am....dieting away. I am trying to fit in 6 small meals a day. Im sure that is to prepare me for whats to come. But its hard. Ive also been trying to walk ...its the only form of exersize that shouldnt hurt my back too bad. Ive been keeping a food journal as well. That is the biggest pain in the butt...let me tell you! lol. I cant stand it.....I forget to write in it all the time. Well Im gonna get going. Ill update the next Dr visit I have.
