i must say thank you lord, for bringing through my surgery:) everything went well! why wouldn't it you had your heavenly angels surrounding me with your glory and your precious blood of the lamb,i know that it's going to be an uphill battle for me, but there is one thing that i'm sure of as long as i put my trust and faith in you, everything will work out just fine! there's nothing to hard for my god to do!!you said in your word that i'm a overcomer, and i'm a conquerer through you, with you there's nothing to hard or complicated for me to do!!!!!i will learn how to take each day and minute one step at a time, keep my mind focused on positives things and keep a scripture written in my heart and mind that will help me along the wayTO GOD BE THE GLORY FOR THE THINGS HE'S DOING AND HAS DONE IN MY LIFE!!!!!!!!!!

the time is approaching very quickly! i'm doing my protein diet now and it has been an up and down battle, but nonthe less, i'm pressing in real hardso far i've lost 10lbs, what a way to go!!!!!i feel real good about it all, this will be a new start for me!!! i'm finally oon my way to the other side of the losing team 

 well i went to the dr. today and i finally had my physical(which they were giving the run around)well i found out that i'm still anemic and some other things, i know god has everything in control! i start my liquid diet next week---it's going to be a challenge, but i know that i can make it with gods help:):):):) i also lost 3 more pounds, the weight is melting OFF!!!!!!

 2-10-12, well it's getting close to my start of the liquid diet, i'm really excited about another chance at this wls journey it has been a uphill battle for me, i took my first surgery for granted i did'nt obey the rules i did them for a while then i fell off the wagon , well, any way was a beautiful day out, the sun was shining so bright and it was a little warm out, it's a sign of spring in the air, i love spring--well it's almost count down for me
