No fills for 4 or 5 months or longer

I have had my surgery in Feb, of 2010 and my Dr. have taken my fluild out twice, it has been 5 to 6 months that I have not had an fill, my Dr. have been giving me the run around from the time I had my fluid removed, I was to see the nutris, but he says that she has been out and I just don't have the gas to keep running out their to se her and than four month later to see him again this is going on for a while, next year this will be my third year, I at least wanted my skin tighten up by than, but my Dr. will not give my my fill, I'm so franic and don't know what to do, I went from 135 to 168 lbs, from when he took my fluid out. So affarid of gaining more weight., and doing what I'm surpossed to be doing and my Dr. thinks that I'm eating all this stuff and I'm not, but I'm still picking up weight.
