Hi Sara, I'd say don't be nervous but heck, I was nervous. Of course it was all for nothing (except I burned a few extra calories) because my surgery went just fine. For me the week before was harder than the week after just because I didn't know what to expect. Right after I had more soreness than pain but nothing that couldn't be managed. Remember to keep it positive. That means only positive people around you; the negative ones are just ill-informed. I hope all your health and weight-loss dreams come true,

Hi, Sara. From your profile you sound like you are ready. Good for you. Take it one day at a time and remember to pamper yourself some. I'll be in your shoes in a couple months I hope. May you have a smooth surgery and a painless recovery. Joanne
