I am set free!! - I just have to say this.  Man, I feel so good just a month after surgery!  I've lost enough weight now (42 lbs) that people are seeing a difference and at church people were saying...

hunger, and 3 week stall. Ugh! - I get what feels like my stomach growling with hunger about 2 hours after I eat, all day long.  I'm 3.5 weeks out and I know not to trust that feeling, but... what's up with that??...
