Please let me intorduce myself...My name is Dave C. and I am a product of God', and I am soo blessed, and happy to have had this Gastric Bypass surgery cause it literally saved my life!! Aug. 3rd of 2005 I was reborn!!!! My doctor told me at my highest weight of 415 lbs!!! Yes I said 415lbs. that if I didn't do something regarding my weight I would not be here in the next 2yrs!!! As you can see the rest is history!!! I am updating my profile today; April 20th of 2008, and I am 228lbs!!!!!, and the smallest i ever was; was 224lbs.!!! No matter how ya look at it that's over 180lbs. lost forever!!!!! Many people thought it wasn't possible, but when the devil said no God said "YES"!!!!!!! My family/friends were not supportive, but when you have a beautiful daughter like I do nothing else matters, and fear goes out the door!!!! I am a twin, and as you can assume I was the fat. nerdy twin!!! Now I am the smaller, confident, healthier, sexier, and STILL nerdy twin!!!!!!!! Mhy success comes from PRAYER, being CONSISTENT, and STOP MAKING EXCUSES!!!!  My motto that I live by is...A set back is a setup for a strong comeback!!!! Anhything is possible once you get tired of being sick and tired.. My ultimate goal is to do a 5k run, and get to 210lbs. and put 10 lbs. of complete muscle on, and I already claimed it!!!
