Describe your behavioral and emotional battle with weight control before learning about bariatric surgery.
The story of my life... condensed .. I could never fit in.. in anywhere, in anything. I was always searching for the skinny girl within, never finding her and never truly happy. I knew I was not supposed to be fat. I knew I was supposed to be healthy, happy, able to play, jump and RUUUUN. I was always a little on the heavier side all through elementary, through junior high and all through highschool never really obese but larger than most. I had 0 self confidence and felt out of place always. It wasn't until I got pregnant at 19, had a beautiful baby girl did I realize just what control food had over me. I managed to gain 100 pounds during my pregnancy and develop gestational diabetes. I was a high rist pregnancy and my daughter had to be monitored 5...
