Rob Landerholm
LOVE LOVE LOVE Dr. Landerholm!!!!

Honestly just felt so right for me, he was genuine, caring approachable and real with me. Made me feel so comfortable. On the day of surgery he came and sat with me and my family and it was so reasurring and again comfortable. The staff at Puget Sound Surgical Center are wonderful people they treat you like a family member, all of them. I recommend Dr.Landerholm and his center if your considering WLS. Thanks Dr. Landerholm from the bottom of my heart!

2nd Goal Met
on September 9, 2008 5:54 pm
It is with great pleasure I share this 2nd goal of mine. On Sunday September 7th my daughter was able to put her arms all the way around me and lock her hands. I can not explain how good that made me feel, it was better then me buying a new dress last week when I discovered I was down 61 lbs!! Having her arms around me made me feel so proud and more determined to keep up with everything. Wonderful news.

Can't believe how good I feel
on August 22, 2008 9:19 pm
I feel good, so good!
Amazing feeling, I'm not winded anymore when I walk, apparently I don't snore anymore either lol, just blowing me away in only almost 3 months. My knees and ankles thank me and the Doc, no more pain and aches. I am not as tired either. Still need to get more water in, that is my goal this week!

Giddy Up!!! I am finally under the 300lbs. YIPPY!!! I now weight 295lb as of July 29th exactly 2 months after surgery. I can't contain my excitment and how good it feels. My pants, shorts are seriously almost falling off me now. But I'm to cheap at this time to buy new clothes...bought new underwear thought - had to again the darn things were falling off me again. LOL I am loving this transformation...to be continued...

1 month and two weeks out...doing well!
on July 14, 2008 12:42 pm

Well it's been over a month now and I'm down to 306! I can't believe it!!! Yippy. I have been told from others that they can really see it in my face and my chest/abdominal area, at first I couldn't see it. That is normal I'm sure but in no time I was buying a new bra and the underwear where rolling down me.LOL that part was a little embarassing at times. So I splurged and got some new undies. I feel good, still tired and struggling to get the protein in and drink the water. But managing. Really have to apply myself to some walking. Just need to make that happen with my schedule and I will. I have on a few occasions been sick either by drinking water to soon after eatting becasue I forgot or another time on Thai Spicy Tuna don't know what I was thinking with that one, just that I love spices. Hopefully in time. The other thing I noticed is that I really sound like a frog is coming up my throat after I eat. What is with that?

Tomorrow is the big day May 29th
on May 28, 2008 7:25 pm
Okay it's less the 24 hours now..down to the wire. Surgery is scheduled for tomorrow May 29th, 2008 at 7:30am...so excited and calm surprising actually. The last two days prior were full of stress and tears. I'm in Edmonds WA a beautiful waterfront setting which is adding to the state of calm and peace I am feeling right now, knowing I made the right descion. Looking forward to my new journey....to be continued.....
