Counting Carbs Well, to me it seems like the weight is coming off slowly. So I need to watch my carbs more. Ive been exercising like crazy. It feels good to have lost 64lbs. Im proud of myself but after reading other ppls blogs, I feel like I should have lost more. I know everyone is different and I know that Ive accomplished alot. ITs probably all in my head and just how I am perceiving myself. So Im just trying to remain positive and contiue to exercise, drink my protein shakes and watch my carb intake.

Your being so hard on your self!! You are doing Great!! Contiue to do what your doing & You will produce what??? More "wl" Sooner then you think!! You will make goal in less then a year I think!! Let's wait & see. Peace & Love. Big Sis!!
