Finally, after having everyone sicker than dogs here, I have lost almost 6 lbs!!!!
"Just one stomach flu from a five lb loss". Shhesh horrible way to do it.

I am stalled. Definately at a stand still. I haven't been exercising as I should and need to step that up to start loosing again. Been at 170 since December. I have not gained any, but haven't lost any either. People have lost much more than me and I am getting frustrated, but know it is under my control, and my "fault". So, kick me in the butt, here I go....
