I am an army wife and a mother of 3 wonderful children, ages 17, 14 and 11. My husband is currently deployed to Iraq and I am hoping to loose as much weight as I can before he comes home. He knows that I have had the surgery but I dont think he knows how much weight I stand to loose. I have been overweight for the last 10 years and am sick and tired of it. I have decided to get VSG and am hoping that the choice is right for me. Good luck to all of you that choose to take this journey and I wish you all the best.........

I need to lose 10 more pounds and I will be in the "normal" bmi range... I am so excited, there is nothing "normal" about me so one thing might be good! I have been really worried about my slowed weightloss these days so waking up and seeing that 179 was a wonderful gift!.....

Bad Choices.....

Well I have stalled really bad and havent been eating right since my husband came home from Iraq... Today I am starting over on the liquid diet hoping to regroup. I can eat more than I thought I would be able to and I am honestly terrified! It time to get my head back in the game and remember why I did this in the first place......
