    Hey, I met you at the meeting in Dec, on the 27th. I was there with my husband and we were there to get info on the band, we sat across from you to the right. I did have the surgery on 1/8. Its been going pretty well, I just started mushies/soft foods on Tues. Its working very well without having a fill yet, I eat 1/2 to 1 cup food and I am so full. I really have not lost much, 10 lbs so far, but I understand its a slow process so I guess thats good. How are you doing? Your a pro at this, having your band for a while now, any tips will be welcome!! I am so glad you found me on here, I'm here all the time reading everything. I tell ya tho, it sounds like having food get stuck is super painful and it scares the you know what out of me. Does pineapple juice and papya enzyme really work when you get stuck?? Any way, please keep in touch!!
