Not to happy with my progress since the last time I posted, well since I am still stuck at 215lbs. Which I am happy with what I lost, but I have really got off track. I now attend a Bible college so its kinda got me off of my routine. They prepare all our meals so its been hard juggling that but 2010 is my year to get back on the wagon and lose weight. So any encouragement and ideas would be helpful!

I know I have not updated in a long time. My 1 year post-op was November 20, 2008! And what a difference a year can make!!

Down 125lbs!!!

I am still hopeing to lose some more. I want to get at least below 200lbs!

I promised pictures so here they are. They are not the best, and it doesn’t show the weight loss as good but oh well. Just to let ya’ll know, you can see that I have a messed up knee, that will be my next surgery to get that fixed in the next year or two.. Oh what fun!!

Well, today is my dad’s birthday and most of you know that we lost him on September 19, 2007. Today has been pretty hard, so if you can keep me and my family in your prayers, I would appreciate it.
