WELCOME TO MY NEW LIFE...

Hello All its Mid june and I haven't updated except the scale amount I'm feeling great into Large and mostly Med clothing size 14-16 pants I feel good except I have had some depression due to situational stress at work. and just like everyone now a days Money is tight and nothing seems to help. all in all I feel Blessed that I have done so well and I am down to 178 lbs in 7 Months That is a blessing I could be unhealthy and sick and Fat but at least I can say I am accomlishing something by getting healthy phy. take care all hopefully I can get to feeling emotionally better soon ..
Hello all i seem to slowing way down on wgt loss.. I guess i will have to work out more and get that water in better it is my worst down fall is getting the water in daily.. it is the 19th of Feb and only down 65 lbs I'm bummed a little .. any suggestions.. cathy
Hello my story Begins by a lot of Prayer going Up,I know God is keeping me close in his hands like he always does. I have wanted to lose wgt for years trying many many types of diet's and dr's programs ect. and since a Car wreck in 1999, my wgt just kept going up I'm at 278 and scheduled for surgery Nov 7th 2007. I'm Excited and a little scared of the pain to come but this site has given me Hope that it doesn't last long . I'm ready and very capable to start this Journey with Dr Obrien and his staff along with my wonderful Family, I have three great kids Stephen is 25 and in the US Navy Jennifer is 22 and is married with three babys that are my total joy Breanna 5 Jason 3 and Cooper 1yrs old along with my son n law chris and my Youngest Son is Andrew 20 Us Army and In Korea right now I Miss my Boys soooo much, Stephen will be home for christmas. but they are all pulling for me and I have a great support from them all but My Husband is my cheerleader he will be with me through it along with my daughter Jennifer will be staying with me at the hosp. I know my honey Dan He will keep me up when I get down and pull me through the tough time's and celebrate with me when I hit goal... I love them all. But I have learned I have to take care of me so I can be there for them . My dad past away to young due to wgt problems and the deases that come along with it. he made me a promise he couldn't keep and I know I want to keep the promise I made to my kids and grand babys that I want to live a long healthy life. To be here to watch them accomplish there goals in life. so this is Sept 18 2007 I'm on a 1200 cal diet until two weeks prior to surgery and then its liquids for two weeks. so until then I'm ready to get this over and start my new life out right ..
