Stricture

Had stricture dialated yesterday.  Feeling much better today.  Not going to weigh myself today.  Had so much IV fluids pumped in yesterday I feel really bloated.  Not hating that I had surgery today.  Maybe on the upswing now.  Hope so.

New Years Eve

Well hopefully next year will bring positive changes.  I am regretting the surgery so much right now.  4 days and no weight loss.  Went to hockey game last night.  All I could think about was what every one around me was eating.  I lost  more weight in the pre surgery liquid diet than I have since surgery.  I have been on the treadmill every day.  Hopefully people are right and in a few weeks I will feel better about what I've done to  myself.
