I have been walking with my neighbor & we are up to 2 miles 4 days a week. She helps keep me in check & I do the same for her. I am down to 161 as of this morning. My goal is to be back to the 154 by the middle of August. I think I can do it my mind set is back to doing good for my body & that was the big battle. Crazy how that candy bar or cookie can really run a persons life. Oh well I'm ready to shed the old me & see the thinner me.
