I just can't believe it!!  I have lost 47 lbs so far and it's only been 3 months!!  My first goal was to lose 50 lbs by June...Looks like that will happen!!  No problems to report....I feel good....Just don't have the energy I thought I'd have by now...

I am so happy...I lost 9 lbs since my surgery date of Feb 4th.  I didn't think it would come off this fast..I'm feeling great, but tired...I guess that's normal...Started with all my supplements and was told I could eat anything I want...just have to chew, chew, chew! 

Today is my one week anniversary.(2/4/10)  I had my drain removed...I feel so much better...not as painful as I thought it was going to be.. It improved my spirits.  I had a laproscopic RNY. When Dr Monk did my surgery he found that I had adhesions from a hysterectomy 20 yrs ago and removed them and also fixed a hiatal hernia that I didn't know I had either so all in all...After only one week...I think I've done great!!  Excited about the future..We have had 2 blizzards in a row here in PA and I was getting cabin fever so my sister picked me up and had nails done and did some shopping...and still have energy to spare...without a nap today !!  Sorry to ramble on, but I haven't felt this good in a long time...I wish you all the best out there!!

I've been waiting for this for so long it seems..now only a couple days away and I'm so nervous...any suggestions out  there?? do they give you anything to calm you down the day before?? Any comments on the day of and day after??  I'm on the protein shake for 7 days before...on my 4th day...I was so ready to say "the heck with this"!!  but I'm impressed with myself that I got this far...I need some new friends to help me thru...thanks so much in advance...Tina
