I met with Dr. Smith on 2/7/07. He was very nice and laid back. He went through everything with me and he felt I would be a great candidate for surgery. Fill here I come

Well, it is hard to believe my last fill was June of 2008! I had a small unfill of July 2008 after returning from a trip. We had just come off the pill though too.

Well, 8 months into trying to conceive and it hasn't worked yet! We have both been tested and we are 100% perfect. So, it is a little frustrating that we have not conceived. I am ovulating monthly.

I decided to finally try to get an appointment when I was for sure I was not pregnant. Well, that has been hard. My surgeon is back to 4-5 week lag time on appointments. I can't always guarantee when the perfect time for appointment.

Now, the fears are all there. Have I stretched my pouch, have I had a band slip, and all those wonderful things. I looked back and realized I have gained 25 pounds from my lowest. That is so sad. I have stayed at this weight for some time (after two months off the pill).

I am hoping to jump start the weight loss again and that I can for sure get a fill under fluro so I can see my band and get a fill to give me a piece of mind that every thing is ok. Once I am pregnant I can't get my band checked under fluro while pregnant. So, this is the perfect time.
