My story, Ummm.. Well I guess it starts with my first marriage. I married very young after having some problems in my childhood. At age 16 I married to a man that ended up being abusive both physically and mentally. You think I would have just gotten out of there instead of trying to work it out. But I stayed and tried. We even tried to have children which I am glad that we didn;t considering the circumstances.. Anyways, while trying to have kids we ran into fertility issues. Keeping in mind that at this time I was 20yrs. old and weighed 115Lbs. Fertility issues, yes so we decided to go to Little Rock and speak to a fertility specialist. After talking with him, The Dr., he put me on Clomid, the fertility drug... I took that for a few months and done the Artificial Insemenation 4 times with no success in becoming pregnant. Which at the time was hard enough to deal with and on top of that was the 71 lbs. that I packed on from using the clomid., bringing my weight to 186lbs. After several diets and of course the thing that we all try at least once, the trying to starve ourselves fad, I just kept failing and failing. I got fed up and depressed about it all. well a few more years down the road I got divorced and tried the diet thing again and of course no weight loss there either. Except for maybe the 15lbs loss and the 25 gained..anyways, I got married last November 1, 2007 to a wonderful, wonderful man. That loves me for me and seems to somehow be able to look past all the weight that i have attached to me. Now being 228Lbs.. We are going through the same fertility issues.  The doctors have told me that i shouldnt have any problem having kids. I have learned from on here that being overweight can cause you to be infertile. I am praying that if I can get this surgery done that I will finally be able to have children. Hopefully before i get too old.. Anyways, I think that pretty much gives you all a small idea of my life thus far...
