Hello everyone, today is my 2 month surgiversary. I am feeling much better then I did 2 months ago, and it seems that with every passing day I can tolerate more different foods. Yipee!! I weighed myself this morning and I am down 40.5 lbs. I am so happy, and also so amazed. I hope that I can continue losing and prolong any stalls as long as possible. The stall I just recently had was 2 and a half weeks too long, but it finally ended and I lost 6.5 lbs since Monday. Hope all of you are doing well. Hugz Tina
I am 8 weeks out of surgery and finally after 2 and a half weeks my stall has stopped. I lost 2 more pounds. My total loss is now 36 lbs. I can not believe that I feel as good as I do. I am very thankful for this wonderful tool that I have been given. I am also very thankful for all of the support that everyone on this website has given me. I was really strating to get disappionted with my long stall, but the message boeards and all of my friends here at OH really helped me to get through it. Thanks and Hugz to all of you. Tina
Today is 5 weeks and 5 days out of surgery and I am down 30.5 pounds. I feel like it took an eternity and lots of vomitting to reach my 30 pound mark. I am still having a tough time felling a full feeling after eating. I have been told by my doctor that it takes a while to get the nerve endings to feel the fullness feeling. They have all been cut and are still healing. I find that even if I eat really slow, I can not tell when I am full and get a sick feeling to let me know that I have had enough to eat. Not fun! Anyway, I feel great health wise, I had my follow up blood work done yesturday and should find out the results at my appiontment this coming Friday with Dr. Brathwaite. I hope all of you are well. Until next time... Happy Healthy weightloss!! Hugz Tina
Today I am 3 weeks and 5 days out of surgery, and I am down 23 pounds. I am truly amazed every time I get on the scale and see a loss. I tried for 13 years to lose this weight and was unsuccessful every time. Thank the Good Lord above for this wonderful tool that he has granted people with weight problems. We have truly been blessed. My blood pressure was 110/70 for the first time in many, many years. my heart rate was 68, it used to be anywhere from 100 to 110 resting. I am very grateful and plan on using this tool to become even healthier. Until next time. Happy healthy weight loss to all of you. Hugz Tina
