Rolled over in my sleep and it hurt like hell! Pretty much been awake since 4:30am when I pulled that little trick...

Got ready for church and it felt good to put real clothes on and makeup...

Stepped on the scale...249!  Can't remember the last time I saw that number...praise God! hat's 9 # since surgery.

Our usual Sunday ritual is to have lunch with friends so I told my hubby not to deviate since I had to have broth anyway it would be fine so we'll see how it goes. Heading out now...

Day 5 post surgery

Here I am on day 5 after surgery...still in a bit of discomfort but getting stronger each day. My sleeve doesn't like cold shakes much but takes to warm broth with no problem. Had a few bites of greek yogurt around 1:30 am just before bed so I could take 1/2 dose pain med and that was fine too. Only 1 more day before I return to work-I hope I am ready. I weighed yesterday and am 7# down from day of surgery. I will meet with my surgeon for 1 week post op on Tuesday the 4th so will have more to report then.
