Weight Update - Maintaining - 127 !! No gain for 3 years !!! 

Just got back last month from going to Disney and to Key West . This was really hard on my body as my energy is still trying to catch up . I had to medicate a lot with my cortisol, but I made it !! 
My grandbabies just left me last week . We had 5 days together, and boy what can I say . .these little guys are like Whoa ... ! On the 5th day , I think they had enough of me , I kept them busy .. is what my dream was after having this surgery . 
I have decided to take them to Disney in 2 weeks .. yea I know .. just came from there , but I want to do this now so they will have a foundation of Disney to grow from for years to come . Not to mention , I need to purchase the Armani Tinkerbell they have there .. !!! 

I had to change my certification proceedure, I was shooting for my PTrainer Cert,but due to the fact that I am not released to exercise , I was advised by my coordinator to do the Weight and Nut Cert. So that is what I am working on now . 
David and I have been discussing a possible conference in 09. It may be at a local location as he may be changing jobs, just do not know when. I can say not having the summer events to plan has been boring .. LOL .. He kept me busy for sure .. I miss that . 
So many updates on me , My son is got engaged , the engagement party is August 30, they will announce the date at that time . My daughter is looking towards more back surgery , they found a disfused rod in her back . 

As for me , i am now officially retired . I was able to take the money from my Mom's settlement and now , I am focusing on school , putting together my support groups and assisting Jill D when I can . I am still trying to get my endocrine system in order . I go back this week to a new Endo - I must get this settled . I need to find out why my energy drops like it does . 

I leave for Atlanta for the HOTLANTA SBAAWLS group . We leave Aug 1 and I return Aug 5th. I cannot wait to see Kimmy and the gang again . I gotta live up to my name of " Sex Kitten ya know " Jus Jokin .. Jus Jokin...  .. me thinks not .. LOL .. Oh but I did get a warning that I may be getting myself into things that are " to wild and crazy " Lemme be the first to tell ya .. I am a grown woman . married , in love and would not do anything to disgrace my marriage. What people do behind there doors is there business .. Not mine .. and if they are enjoying life .. so be it .. WTF .. ya know . 

Then comes November ... AAHHHH The Quixotic WLS Cruise to the Bahamas... OMG I cannot wait . All of the Mermaids will be together , on the same floor ... and out to PARTAY !!! .... I cannot wait .. Senor Frogs look out . 
So you see guys... life only gets better for me ... blessings come to me .. and I pass blessings along . That is how it works .. 

So many people doing such good work here on the Va Board . Jackie is doing awesome with her group . She has done awesome putting together such a well structured fun group . 

Jill and I will be working the OH conference in October. She has spoken to Kathy and we are set . I hope to be able to enlighten all to the great products that she has and secure some great contacts for our group. This should be great fun !!
