Where does time go ..

I totally missed out on celebrating my 7 year surgiversary. May 27th of this year was 7 years . Thank God I have been able to stay on track .. No regain .. and have a life I could never dream of .
My life is spent helping others who where once in my place .
I am doing things now I could never dream of . I have hiked the jungles of Antigua , I have swam in the Caribbean oceans .. I have traveled to places as an Obese person I would never have thought of .
I thank God each day for he has given me .
If I could say one thing to those that read my blogs.. if you are thinking about this surgery .. do your homework. This is for life .. If you need help with bounce back weight .. I am here for you .
If you need a friend ... I am here .
Love yourself ... because if you cannot love yourself .. no one else can .
