Carol A. McCloskey
She is very friendly and caring. My impression didn't change of her. The office staff is very nice and friendly and encouraging. There wasn't anything that I noticed as to not liking. She is very good at what she does and trys to make sure that everything will be alright for you. She does emphasize all the usual check ups afterwards. She just said there was the normal risks. I would rate her very good overall. Both are great.

Describe your behavioral and emotional battle with weight control before learning about bariatric surgery.
I have always been heavy all of my life. But I was afraid to get it done and avoided it for a long time. It was because my aunt in 1988 had her second biatric surgery and died from it. It was because she was septic and the surgeon let her go home from the hospital with a low grade fever. When she died that same day she had called and he said to drink gatorade.

Hi my name is Sue.  I am from PA and had the LAP RNY done on 5/25/07.  I am doing good so far.  I am 5'4" tall and started at 277.
