Well here it is 6 months and 2 weeks and I have loss a total of 104 lbs. I still can't believe that I have loss that much. I am feeling so much better going out and doing things with my grandchildren makes it all worth wild, being able to climb stairs and walking again without being out of breath. The best thing is that I don't have to take thyroid medicine any more and no more diabetic medicine. I just take the vitamins and a tylenol once in awhile when I acke. I thank the Lord for making away for me to have the surgery and getting my life back as a healthy woman. I am amazed every day of the changes that my body is going through. Til next up date,
Tomygirl
