Well, I'm over a year out now and I'm so extremely pleased with this whole process.  I'm loving life and busier than ever - thanks to my band!

I'm 85 pounds down now and needing to lose just 18 more.

Sorry that I haven't updated in a long while - I've been out enjoying life!

I am 10 months out and I've lost 76 pounds so far.  I'm still loving this journey!  I am so thankful to my precious Savior for allowing me this awesome gift!

I so completely welcome any questions that you may have.

I love being a support group leader.  I've met so many wonderful people.

Loving Life!

I don't post on here like I should, but I wanted to post today because I am so extremely pleased with everything that is goin on with my band.  

I need to post a new picture too - but I'm at work - so that isn't going to happen at this minute.

I love my band.  I am so pleased with the whole process.  The weight is coming off nicely.  I have 36 more pounds to lose to get to my goal weight.  I am blown away by this.  It seems to have happened really fast and it's been fairly easy.  

I love the energy that I have.  I love the new me that has come out too.  My husband loves the confidence that it has given me.  I love the fact that I can sit on my husbands lap without crushing him and that he can pick me up and it isn't a strain.

I know that I made the right decision with having the band done and highly, highly, highly - 100% - without a shadow of a doubt - recommend this to anyone that is serious about taking charge of their weight problems.

And, I just have to say again how great Dr. Gornichec and his staff are.  They are so supportive - even when you are as far out as I am.  I have the greatest confidence in Dr. Gornichec and highly recommend him.

I'm at 5 1/2 months post op and have lost 61 pounds.  I'm very pleased!

I'm just so pleased that I got the Band and it's working for me.  I'm down 49 pounds - hoping for 50 tomorrow.

It is such a blessing to have received this gift.

I'm thankful!
