My first impression DR.Hornbostel was that he looked and sounded like he knew from expearence what he was talking about.He seemed to me to have very good bedside manners,His staff seemed to me to be very nice and helpful and quick at getting things done, I think hes going to be a great surgeon.

Well,Im 39 and on the loosing side.Surgery was on the 12th of Dec.Im married and have a great and wonderful wife.With 4 wonderful childrens.I love to watch movies and go fishing.I also like to go on long drives with the family.
