Hello all....  Today is the begining of my final weight loss journey.  I have yo-yo'ed for years and I am done.  Today I start to make the necessary changes and to begin choosing the right tools to ensure a long and healthy life.  Today is the end of my vital organs working for two bodies.  I will begin to shed that other person and hopefully I will soon under go surgery to help this process, I can no longer do it on my own, I am finished with failing.
