Christmas

Christmas has been a little hard for me .. with all the sweets and get family things but done pretty good wish I had done a little better .. but did get a bike for christmas   I think I will like it alot now that it is getting cool out 40 pounds down a hole lot more to go  but I will make it one day at a time .. I have a fill coming up the end of Jan and a little nervous about that.  hope everyone had a great christmas

My Story

Had my surgery on Oct 29, 2007 (lapband) .... This was a easy choice for me.  I need to do something caught myself not enjoying the little things in life.. like shoping with my daughter and husband going on trips and out to dinner.. I really would stress out about the little things but now things have gotten so much better I have a long way to go but I know I didn't put this on over night it's not coming off over night .. everyone here has really inspired me to go forward with support and words that I know come from the heart .. will write more soon ....
