Hello, I'm in NC and in the process of trying to get to the point of some of you.  I  know that my insurance cover's the surgery and my surgeon's office is in the process of getting all of my papers together to send for approval.  I was told that if everything goes through okay I could have my surgery in Nov.  I really pray that it happens for me and is a big success.  I have been going through the highs and lows due to me being excited and my family not. I feel for them because they are thinking about the worse that could happen and I'm trying my best to stay positive, my husband has been a great help. My husband supports me but he says that he doesn't think I'm that big. I'm 5'6" and 280,  I've always been heavy, now I'm heavier, short winded and have aching joints and sleep apnea.  I love this site, I have seen so may great before and after photos.  I just joined and wanted to share......thanks to you all!
