I will meet Dr. Richardson tomorrow 12/5/06 Well I met him and he is a really nice doctor. I feel confident having him do my surgery. He seems to also have a nice sense of humor. He was apologetic cause he was late to the appointment.. now that's something that you don't get from to many doctors.

12/05/06 - Meeting  with Surgeon  - 325(+16)     BMI -  52.6
12/21/06 - Day of surgery              - 304(-21)      BMI - 49.0
12/23/06 - Discharged                   -301(-3)         BMI - 48.5
12/27/06 -1 Week follow-up visit    -297(-4)         BMI - 47.9
01/17/07 -1 month follow-up visit - had gallbladder surgery this day
03/20/07 -3 month follow-up visit   -269(-28)      BMI - 43.4
06/21/07 - 6 month follow-up visit - 235(-34)      BMI -37.9
11/23/08 - 23 months                   - 215(-20)
12/21/08 - 2 years out! -

11/18/2011 - almost 5 yrs out.. wow.. weight 220.. I normally weigh about 210 but been on medical leave for a lil while and havent been able to move about.. but no worries.. and no complaints..because its comes back off when it needs to but  Im happy with my weight and myself :) :)
