Veggies: veggie soup, tomato, veggies 160

Starch: 2 slice pumpernickel, 1 oz sweet potato chips, dinner roll.500

3 Dairy: 2 slices reduced fat Swiss cheese, Greek yogurt, cheesecake 330

3 fat: nut chewy protein bar 200
