Seriously Duke WLS!!  Get your stuff together!

I was in your office in November and you don't have my correct medical info??  I signed the release that they could get the info from my primary care and they have not received anything.  How hard is it to call and ask for it.  I go through the trouble of jumping through your stupid little hoops and you still can't handle the paperwork.  Psych is there but nutrition eval is not?!?  I did the nutritition BEFORE psych!  And it was w/ Duke?  How can you NOT have it?  I knew this would be the part of this whole proceedure that would aggravate and annoy me the most.  Things just don't get done unless I actually have to call and make stuff happen.  Like seriously - pick up the damn phone and get the medical records.  And no - I spoke to BCBS and they do need 2 yrs of medical info, but they are looking at your current weight to see if you qualify.  Not your past history.  Why the heck would they think someone would want to be fat any longer than they had to??  Get your stuff together already!!
