I would do it all over again! I wish I had not waited as long as I did to have RNY. My life and health are so much better. I have had some weight gain, and it's a constant life style change! Carb's are my enemy but I love them so much! I am workin

1 year anniversary - Today is my one year anniversary and I had my follow up appointment with my surgeon. I met my own personal goal ahead of schedule. Feeling so great and loving life.
