24 /or 2 years out Happy Rebirth to me!!!!! I am still 184 pounds!
December 30, 2006
Well it has been two and a half years. My weight is pretty much stable; I weigh between 185-190 lbs. I wear a size12 (most of the time). I exercise at least three times a week and eat pretty well. 2-3 veggies, 2-2 fruits, at least 60 grams of protein, 2-3 servings of dairy (yogurt and cottage cheese) and I take my vitamins, this is my usual regimen. However, I do have my bad days. I am finding it easy, with the above plan to maintain my weight. What I mean is that it does not feel like work. But, when I attempt to get under that 185, it is work. I actually feel like I am on a diet, and it drive me crazy. I would like to weigh 150-155 lbs., so I would roughly like to loose about 30 more pounds, if I get there great, if not I am just fine.
I would like reconstructive surgery. I need a tummy tuck and a lower body lift. Goodness, my thighs are pretty ugly. I figure with the reconstructive surgery, I could drop another 10-15lbs. So hey, I just might make my goal weight. Nonetheless, I find that as time goes by, I am less caught up with the numbers; I actually make it more than a day or so without weighing in!!!!!
Good luck, and god bless those of you who are starting their journey.
