OK - HAD BLOOD WORK DONE TO DAY 10 OF THEM TO CHECK MY VIT . AT GOAL 135 IN A YEAR VERY HAPPY .AND NOW I TALK TO PEOPLE

wow - went to the dr f ,and i have a BMI of 25.2 and he wants a BMI OF 25 almost there .I am so close its great.
