GRRRRRRRRRR ... stupid insurance

My insurance is through Tri-care, and they suddenly changed their procedures. So the docs office called and canceled my appt because i was out of referals.  I was so frustrated cuz they should have told me in advance i  had used my last one. Why do docs offices have to be so stupid and insurances even worse?? GRRRR  just frustrated :(
