@ 20%goal

I have lost 30lbs , which puts me at 20% to goal. What a feeling!!! 

I have never been a slim person, but I am looking foward to being a healthy weight. My goal is to loose half of me. Started at 299lbs (after I lost  8lbs before seeking a doc's help), my goal weight is 149. Not unreachable just gotta take it one day at a time.
