My jouney has been rough. I had finally started to loose weight again after a year and then i was put on steroids then they changed up my meds for a bad back pinched nerve.. i gained more .. Now i cant loose it even retaining water i drink plenty of water half a gallon in the first 8 hours then about 32 oz in the evening .. i am so disappointed . :(

Don't give up. Steroid suck for keeping weight off. I hope that you are feeling better with them though. I've had a pinched nerve and herniated disc

they are no fun. I was diagnosed with MS in March and my injections that I take 3 days a week have a side effect of weight gain. I'm luck to not

gained, but I have not lost any either in 6 months. It is very frustrating but don't give up. Sorry for the three messages.
