My short term goal is to loose 10lbs by christmas. I fight the same few lbs here and there they eventually come off. I was at 241 not at 244. I am sure it has to do with the sweets i allowed myself. I have to be accountable to someone. so i guess myself is best. Between now and Christmass no sweets (ok maybe i may have one or two ) but with in reason and only if i am loosing. Only I can do this for myslef. I have the support of my family and friends but sometimes they are incensative. I will pray for those whot have goals by christmas that you will acheive them.
