OmG......

Yesterday I had a slimfast low carb for bf for lunch i had about 5 strips of beef jerky , as a snack i had a nature granola bar for din i had lil bit of turkey and some of it didnt stay down so i made a protien shake milk strawberries and protien. I am not keeping dense protiens down. I am flustered. My home life is very stressfull and my sinuses are killing me. I was at 241 now i am at 244 a 3lb gain most likely due to water retention. I need to get my but on the treadmill so here is hopeing i can do it today. I wish i had someone nearby who could exercise w/ me. Its hard to do this alone :( ..
