I still blame a doctor along time ago for the weight gain. I had my tonsils out in third grade. I was the smallest kid in class. After the surgery throughout the summer I found I liked food... by the time I went back I was one of the biggest.. Well after that the weight just kept adding a few here and there .... basically in 87 when i went to work for JPS I weighed 210 and now well 296 so 86 lbs in 20 years so looking at just a few lbs a year but they add up. 4lbs a year 1 every three months... where does the time go... Well time to change and get on the right track..... I am in law enforcement and enjoy it but I could do the obstacle course a little better without the weight and the huffing and puffing ... so to the start of a new journey.. but I am not so much liking the drinks yet maybe the are acquired taste
just not normal yet... the last pic was for my wife more than anything...LOL
