~* Social Worker and Endoscopy Done... *~

So I had my social worker appointment today ... Went great; she sees no need for further follow up and she has cleared me for the surgery! 
Then I had my endoscopy ... and flipped right out... I was told it would be Dr Gmora, the most gentle surgeon, then a different Dr came in and the nurse put the bite guard in, I just panicked and started bawling my eyes out and started shaking soo bad (I was flipping out that it was not who I expected AND I thought they were going to put the camera down while I was still awake)... as soon as I started shaking and crying the Dr that was there took the guard out of my mouth, told the nurse not to put it back in until I was sedated and he reassured me that he was just getting me ready and Dr Gmora would actually be the one doing the procedure and started rubbing my back while they administered the sedation (I was still shaking and had tears pouring down)... then next thing I knew I was in recovery and they were asking if I wanted apple juice, orange juice or ginger ale... 

Next step ... call Monday to set appointment to meet the surgeon and sign my consent forms :) 
Then wait for THE call :) :) :)
