I have tried many diets. None of which had worked. I was tired of being overweight. Yo-yo diets. All of them did not work.

    Well today is my 5 weeks post op. I have lost 30lbs. I think that is really good. EVeryone says I look good and healthy. I have a glow about me. Well I have those pregnancy things. I tell you going into certain places and the smell of certain foods just makes me sick. It's like being pregnant all over again. Which is a good thing. If the smell makes me ill then I wont want to eat. That means more weight gone for me. More to come.
