    Congratulations on your up coming surgery. I will keep you in my prayers for an uncomoplicated surgery and a speedy and uneventful recovery. When is your surgery date and where are you having it? Did you know that there is a support group that meets at Mary Wahington Hospital? We meet every third Tuesday at 7:30 PM in the Ambulatory Surgical Center. Good Luck. Phyllis :wave:

It's a new Day and I'm in Charge!!!!!

Today is always the beginning and I am in complete charge.  I know that I have Jesus as my guide.
I will eat right and choose my words wisely. He will not allow anyone to sidetrack me today.
