6 weeks out what I made for dinner

I made this last night for dinner it was delicious.
This whole thing in under 200 calories I ate half
Shrimp 3 (grilled and chopped)
steam Veggies about 2tbs
1 Baby Bell Cheese
2tbs Marinara
1 Flat whole wheat bread

Almost 3 Weeks

Hi everyone so I'm finally back from HELL. I had my surgery on 02/03 and went home in 2 days I did not have any gas problems but I did have lots of nausea. My stomach did not hurt one bit my incisions were really small. When I got home I was not able to drink allot and I vomited twice my family made me go to the ER and I was very dehydrated. Went back home and in a few days I had to be admitted back to Scripps Hospital for 4 days my heart rate was very high and my potassium was low. I was pumped full of liquids. My last day at the hospital my husband calls me and tell me someone broke into our house and stole everything we nearly owned. Our wedding rings, all my jewelry TVs etc. All my back windows broken so that's what I had to come home to. Its been a nightmare. I am finally back at work today and I'm feeling great on the bright side I've lost 25 lbs so far.

My Story

Hi everyone my name is Vivian and im 29 yrs old, I have struggle with my weight after having my son Branden in 2003. I have tried every diet out there and always seem to gain more back each time. I have been married for 3yrs now and thats when the pounds really started packing on. I have been waiting for my surgery for 1 yr now starting from my options class. Im set for surgery on 02/03/11.  I am scared that I will not live through my surgery, Im freaking my self out (  I know I need to stop) I realy do wish 02/03 will hurry up and get here. I spend so much time reading everyones stories and its helping me see the light at the end of the tunnel.  Thanks for reading
