When was the first time you truly felt a full sensation? I'm still full liquids and i have not felt a full sensation.  I do get a little bit of mashed potatoes i still don't fell a sence of fulness l just stop at 2-3 OZ. To be safe.  

Have you had vsg in mexico? were you able to use the expenses as a medical expense on your taxes in the US?
