I had vsg surgery two weeks ago and I'm still experiencing a great deal of pain in my lower abdmonial cavity. The pain is greatest when I attempt to sit down or stand up. On a scale from 1 to 10 the pain is a 8 or 9. I've read many posts indicating oth

Well I made it through 3 days post op. Never thought about the adnominal pain & bruising, before going in but I sure feel it now. Hard to eat anything. No appetite at all. Glad to finally make it home. Need to find good puree recipes.

Its been five months since I started my VSG journey. I have learned so much from my BMI clinic, YouTube and especially all of you at this great OH forum. I feel a healthy bit nervous, well prepared, yet sure there will be some surprises along the way.

OK is anyone NOT taking vitamins and managing without any issues? I'm told multi vitamins for life. I'd understand that if I was getting G Bypass,  but my intestinal track will remain intact. Just curious. Thanks for your input.
