11 Months out today. 9-1-2008

Almost a year since I had surgery.
I weighed at 304.5 on the day of surgery 10-1-2007.
I look like another person. I need to get pictures taken so I can post them.
Today I weigh 174.5 lbs----- 130 lbs. lost since I had the sleeve.
I weighed 317 lbs when I started my pre-op diet. Including this- I have lost 142.5 lbs. ( At one time my weight was creeping up to 330 lbs.)
I feel good and have lots of energy.
Dr. Alvarez, thank you so much. My health has improved thanks to you.

I now weigh 180 lbs. I am so happy. I feel great.
I plan to update my pics .
It is great to be pain free and no shortness of breath.
As of today, I am 10 months out.

Today I weigh 195 pounds. I cheated on some days. I need to buckle down. My 1 year anniversary is 10-1-08. Time is flying by. I have so much more energy and no shortness of breath or knees hurting. I am so happy winter is over. I am pleased with the progress I have made. If you are considering this surgery, I want you to know that I have no regrets.

The months have flown by. I am now 215 lbs. I have lost a total of 102 lbs counting pre-op lbs. I feel great.
If anyone is still thinking of contacting Dr. Alvarez, do it now. You will be happier and healthier.
I am not ashamed of my weight anymore. I have more lbs. to lose but I will get there with this "tool".
