Went back to work

Since I dont see any major body change other's did! Im doing well but I eat and bam im full! and I am on liquid vits now flintstones are good but I changed to Centurm adult liquid. And I am now under 300 lbs which I cried!

One month and down 39 lbs! God I'm starting to love life again! I dont see any major change but my body knees hips and all feel alot better! That's worth more to me right now then anything:)

Was on board a question was asked what vit do you take,,,,well I said Flintstones and a woman saying Im teaching malnutrion and I didnt have blood work done this soon.......i beg your pardon DR fitzer had blood work ordered from my primary for 3 week check up and this woman says Im lying! Man why do folks always feel ONly their Dr and their care plan is right!!!!!!!!!!!!!

3 week check up

ALL MY BLOOD WORK A-1 DR GARBER SEEN ME..HE SAID FAB AND WEIGHT AWESOME! ALREAD 38 LBS GONE MY KNEES FEEL BETTER AND LEGS....HAVE TO GO BACK IN NOVEMBER...3 MTH CHECK UP! MAN IM SOOOOOOOOOOOOOO HAPPY!
